I would give them a 0 if I could! I ordered 8 chairs for my waiting room. After opening 2, it became apparent that these chairs are of such poor quality (holes drilled in the wrong place), that they cannot even be put together. Then after I measured the width of the seat, I discovered it was about 6 inches narrower than the decription online. DO NOT BUY!
